The various classes of 3-prenylflavonoids isolated and the biogenetical correlation between the metabolites are discussed. Some of the flavonoids exhibited strong cytotoxicity against murine leukemia P388 cell lines, suggesting that flavonoids derived from moraceous plants represent a plausible unexplored resource of novel antitumor leads. © Springer 2005.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Anti-tumor,Artocarpus champeden,Moraceae,Murine leukemia P388 cells,Prenylated flavonoids[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]This study was supported by grants from the Ministry of National Education and Ministry for Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia.
