So, high quality of ammonia at low operating cost is an importance factor. Presently, due to the oversized valve and other dynamic factors, the ammonia stripper as a subsystem of ammonia plant is difficult to be controlled especially during start-up operation. For control redesign purposes, the ammonia stripper which is basically an aqueous ammonia binary distillation column will be identified by a simple quadratic Hammerstein model due to its non-linear characteristics. The experiment was conducted on real-time plant operation of a fertilizer plant in Gresik, East Java, Indonesia. Validation method was also performed to verify the results of identification. The results show how the models represent the dynamics characteristics of the ammonia stripper quite satisfactorily.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Ammonia stripper,Binary distillation column,Hammerstein model,Real-time experiments[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Ammonia stripper,Binary distillation column,Real-time experiments,Simple Hammerstein,System identification[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
