Adaptive IT governance framework: Integration and harmonization of structure, IT decision and the control mechanism

We have elaborated existing “claimed framework” such as COBIT, ISO 17799, ITIL and AS 8015-2005. Based on the analysis of strength and weakness of each frameworks, supported by elaborated researches explicitly state the need of structure-process-mechanism, we propose the new IT Governance Framework.
