Predominant species were found to be closely related to β-proteobacteria, particularly from genus Ralstonia and Delftia. Other species present include α- and γ-proteobacteria and Thermus groups. Some of the strains showed unique 16S rDNA sequences. © 2008 The Society for Biotechnology, Japan.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]16S rRNA,community analysis,denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE),simple enrichment,thermophiles[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]16S rRNA,community analysis,denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE),simple enrichment,thermophiles[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]We are grateful for partial support by Inter University Research Cooperation Program (PEKERTI) under contract 321/P4T/DPPM/HPTP/IV/2004 from the Department of National Education, Republic of Indonesia to ALN; Institut Teknologi Bandung research grant to AKH; and BPPS scholarship to ALNA.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1263/jbb.106.211[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
