The self-ordered and structure controlled of metal oxide-modified mesoporous MCM-41 were first prepared by a molecule surfactant template method using spin coating. In this research report, the various VOC gas sensor was successfully investigated by tin-doped nanoporous silica using surface photovoltage technique. Self-ordered and structure controlled transparent films of tin-doped nanoporous silica were prepared by a molecule surfactant template method using spin coating. Surface photo voltage (SPV) VOC gas sensor was then fabricated by the self-ordered tin-doped nanoporous silica thin films based on a metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) structure. The sensitivity of tin-doped nanoporous silica was obtained at the various VOC gas from 200-800 ppm at room temperature.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Mesoporous,Sensitivity,Sensors,Surface photovoltage,Voc gas[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
