Information architecture for online review system

Information/features in best practice online review template from Yahoo Developer Network and other 3 e-commerce websites are discussed and analyzed using 5W1H to be then included in the information architecture. Moreover, this study also presents two related policies that could be implemented in order to ensure that the collected information from reviewer is not manipulated and to increase the intention to provide online review.
