ICT risk management capability dimension for smart education: A two dimensional approach

Hence, the increasing ICT role in our daily education life would transform our relationship into information and knowledge. It require an effective coordination between all aspect involved in educational system, one of the aspect is Risk Management. The fact given that capability function is to aim executed things works properly and effectively in smart education process would not run smoothly without considering Risk Management aspect. Risk Management overlay every single possibilities events that occur in educational process that might either hinder or accelerate the process in pursuing objectives.
