The manual process in the preparation of these documents, make possibility of loss of linkage information between documents and in turn will make some difficulties in measuring the achievement level target as planned. The process of sorting the information by designing applications that can extraxt keywords in the documents, normalizing the results of keywords extraction and structuring the information linkages among documents by keyword, and classifying keywords based on the level of organizational management. Keywords that are meant to be a Critical Success Factor (CSFs) and Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) contained in each document. Normalization is done by lexicon-based that has been made in such a way that it is able to recognize the standard structure of sentences in Indonesian and is able to recognize the characteristics of “good” CSFs and KPIs. It is expected that these applications can be a guide for everyone who is involved in the preparation of documents, so that the linkage information between documents is maintained, and can be a decision support for office holders in formulating plans and evaluate performance results. © 2013 IEEE.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Accountability systems,CFSs,Critical success factor,Government performance,Key performance indicators,KPIs,Lexicon-based,Organizational management[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]CFSs,Classification of Information,Information Center,KPIs,Lexicon-based[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1109/ICTSS.2013.6588073[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
