Beside collect the health and medical data, it is also should be considered that health and medical track could be traced easily, especially for the doctor. No need to recheck the health or medical status if the previous data is still provided and valid. The method for collects those data is using the smart card. To ensure the integrity and validity of data, application protocol data unit is implemented. The application protocol data unit provides the list specific commands for create, update and delete data. All of command is proprietary and not published to avoid the interference to the data. The capability in data storing supported with application protocol data unit, smart card is an alternative paperless solution to manage the health and medical data for small scale hospital or health service provider in villages or rural area. The bigger data storage and transform scenario should be also considered for comprehensive implementation because the limitation space of the smart card. © 2013 IEEE.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Application protocol data unit,Data storage,Data storing,Health services, integrity and validity data,Medical data, security,Store and forward[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]application protocol data unit, integrity and validity data, medical data, security, smart card[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1109/ICICI-BME.2013.6698533[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
