The electron wave function was derived by solving the relativistic Dirac equation. The TMM, which is a numerical approach, was used to calculate electron transmittance and the tunneling current. The results showed that the tunneling current increases with the bias voltage. On the other hand, the tunneling current increases with the decreases in the electron incidence angle and temperature. Moreover, the increases in the AGNR width and electric field in the p-n junction result in the increase in the tunneling current. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Armchair graphene,Dirac equations,Electron incidence angle,Electron wave functions,Graphene nano-ribbon,Numerical approaches,P-n junction,Tunneling current[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Dirac tunneling current,Graphene nanoribbon,P-n junction,Transfer matrix method[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.4028/www.scientific.net/AMR.974.205[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
