Theoretical model of knowledge management in SMEs life cycle: (A literature study)

Proposed model is formulated as a result of literature review from nine Organizational Life Cycle (OLC) model and some previous research of knowledge management in SMEs. Based on the differences of characteristics obtained from previous models, it can be concluded that each stage of OLC has a different dominant type of knowledge, main knowledge needs, and dominant knowledge management activities.
