The isolation was guided by xanthine oxidase (XO) inhibitory activity test. On the fractionation and separation steps, the ethyl acetate fraction and subfraction (SB)-3 had greater on XO activity with percentage of inhibition 71.38% and 74.49% respectively. The purification steps obtained four compounds and they were identified by spectral data of UV-Vis, 1 H-NMR, MS, and 13CNMR. From spectral data the compounds were known as kaempferol, quercetin, luteolin and myricetin. All isolates were assayed by XO inhibitory and their activity on interferon-γ (IFN-γ) production in vivo. Luteolin demonstrated the greatest of XO inhibitory activity with IC50 5.06 µg/ml. On IFN-γ production indicated that quercetin demonstrated the greatest ability with IFN- γ production 14.45 pg/ml.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Flavonoids,IFN-γ,Isolation,Pekoe fanning,Xanthine oxidase[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
