The effect addition of ZrO2 nanoparticles and pulse current were studied. The surface morphology, microhardness and erosion resistance of Zn-ZrO2 nanocomposite coating were evaluated. The result shows that, with the addition of ZrO2 particles, the surface morphology of Zn-ZrO2 nanocomposite coating was smoother. Phase identification by XRD confirm that Zn layer had been sucessfully deposited. The presence of ZrO2 nanoparticles was not detected. Compared to DC, pulsed current electrodeposition technique showed higher cathodic efficiency, better microhardness and good erosion resistance.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Erosion resistance,Low current density,Nano-composite coating,Phase identification,Pulse,Pulse electrodeposition,Pulsed-current electrodeposition,ZrO2 nanoparticles[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Electrodeposition,Nanocomposite,Pulse,Zn-ZrO2[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.4028/www.scientific.net/MSF.827.332[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
