This concept can brings big impact on the organization, especially in university. The high amount of implementation of e-learning in the world does not guarantee the high level of success in implementation. One of the causes of the failure in e-learning is the readiness of organization. Inadequate readiness and planning can cause failures in the implementation of e-learning. To avoid the failure, it is better if organization can measure the readiness before implementation. Actually there are several readiness model available today. Each of them have advantages compare to the others. This research try to combine the several previous model to be better model. The proposed model have three readiness perspectives: readiness according to the organization itself, readiness of the actors of e-learning in organizations is learners and educators. This model expected to answer the needs of organizations to measure readiness better, before its implementation.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Critical success factor,Information and Communication Technologies,Learning contents,Readiness,Readiness models[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Critical Success Factor,E-learning,Readiness[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1109/ICITSI.2015.7437745[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
