The growth in the number of users is increasing very fast. Internet has also been used by multi-sector businesses with multi profession. It makes information the internet usage something very strategic, one of which information is productivity internet bandwidth usage. Therefore the research are needed a simulation and implementation model to be able to measure the productivity of the internet bandwidth usage, which can later become the basis of the measurement of productivity.
