In fact, citizens use government service and they are playing more active role by themselves and participating from them are important in local issues area, examples: transportation, traffic jam, infrastructure, garbage, etc. The author take the first steps towards understanding infographics and interaction design for developing application through an exploratory, analysis, theoretic methodology and research. In turn, citizens are building engagement with government from their reporting and then they get feedback to solve the problems.
