Each KMS usually designed to accommodate specific knowledge domain based on the expertise of the institution or company, which make each KMS has its own expertise. This characteristic of KMS gives benefit to user where they can find the perfect (deep and thorough) knowledge they need, however, this also create gap where user must first find the correct KMS and then search the correct document. This research proposes a model where a KMS has the ability to share its content (knowledge sharing) to other KMS with similar knowledge domain, which in return provides benefit such as knowledge enhancement for the first KMS (harvester). The model uses OAI-PMH (Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting) as a basis of development to find a suitable KMS (repository), retrieve specific knowledge from the KMS and proposing a mechanism to store this new knowledge metadata inside the harvester (KMS). By using this proposal, KMS will have the ability to enhance itself by retrieving knowledge from other sources.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Knowledge domain,Knowledge management system,Knowledge sharing,Metada harvesting,OAI-PMH,Similar domain[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1063/1.4953988[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
