Existing development undertaken by service providers was less efficient and effective so it is necessary to build an integrated fiber optic communication system for all service providers. The object of this paper is to design a fiber optic transmission system network using DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) for Yogyakarta, Semarang and Surakarta ring which will be used by all operators.
