New warranty policies for a remanufactured product

The remanufacturer requires to refund or replace should the product fails N (>1) times in the first warranty interval and hence will provide more protection to the consumer against the inferior quality of a remanufactured product. As a result, the warranty will reduce the consumer risk and increase the willingness of the consumer to buy a remanufactured product.
