Batch adsorption experiments were carried out using NOM as an adsorbate from Rimbo Panjang, Kampar, Riau Province, Indonesia. It was observed that the amount of NOM removed increase with increasing temperature. The adsorption kinetic data of CR on powdered eggshell was well described by a pseudo-second-order model with the kinetic constants in the range of 0.086-0.265 g/mg/min. Thermodynamic parameters data indicated that the NOM removal was non-spontaneous and endothermic under the experimental conditions with the enthalpy (ΔH) and entropy (ΔS) of +27.44 kJ/mol and +71.56 J/mol, respectively whereas activation energy is 14.82 kJ/mol.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Adsorbent,Adsorption,Dual nanofiber,Natural organic matter,Removal,Thermodynamic[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.3923/jeasci.2017.6655-6659[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
