It also has several advantages over the other public transport, including not requiring wide land and can go directly to the center of the city. As a public transport, the most important aspect to be considered is passenger’s comfort. In this study, soundscape approach is implemented to analyze the acoustic environment of executive railway coach in addition of in situ noise measurement. L90 data shows the highest fluctuation which indicates the high fluctuation of background noise level. The data from questionnaire shows that the most uncomfortable sound sources are the sound of mechanical sound source from the train. Dominant sound sources were bogie, announcement, buffers and chain coupler which affect sense of comfort without losing the sensation of being inside the passenger train.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Acoustic environment,Background noise levels,Human perception,Mechanical sounds,Noise measurements,Soundscapes,Train,Uncomfortable sounds[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Human perception,Soundscape,Train[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
