The accessibility KPI is expressed in terms of probabilities that state how likely the user will be able to access the service for certain service times and conditions. Accessibility KPIs cover three areas to provide service ie. RRC success rate (RRC-SR), ERAB success rate and S1 setup success rate. In this study, future long-term performance of the RRC-SR, in term of KPI degradation will be predicted from existing historical data based on discrete time Markov Chain. Predicted KPI of RRC-SR in the long-run will be required in the failure management process for root cause analysis and to trigger preventive action. This is becoming increasingly important in line with the introduction of Self-Organizing Netwrok (SON) on SAE/LTE networks.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]caccessibility,Discrete time Markov chains,ERAB setup,Long term performance,Markov chain models,Root cause analysis,S1 setup,SAE/LTE[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]caccessibility,ERAB setup,KPI,RRC-SR,S1 setup,SAE/LTE[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1109/TSSA.2017.8272940[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
