This paper aims to develop the instrumentation design for experiment with SPR method. This instrumentation system can be used to observe the degradation process of milk that have been taken out from the packaging by the SPR angular shift. This paper shows the specific design for specific sample of SPR experiment and shows data simulation with inversion method for further refractive index data analyze in the experiment. We believe that this tool can be used by the public to determine the refractive index value from the spoiled milk. In addition, the instrument that will be created can be developed to support the low-cost molecule-based experiments in the lab scale, especially in Indonesia.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Data simulation,Degradation process,Instrumentation designs,Instrumentation systems,Inversion methods,Milk quality,Refractive index data,SPR method[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]instrumentation design, milk quality,SPR method[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]ACKNOWLEDGMENT This study of Instrumentation System Design for Milk Quality Degradation Detector with Surface Plasmon Resonance Method was supported and sponsored by Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP) Indonesia.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1109/SAS.2018.8336770[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
