This kind of adjustment can be fulfilled by performing Strategic Management in which formulation, implementation, and evaluation for a set of decision-making to be performed to achieve specific objectives. Advanced market demand and rapid technology development are example of factors which encourage organizations to keep up with the current development. New business ideas or product concepts can be developed to help organizations dealing with that challenge. The implementation of new business ideas or product concepts can be performed by using Business Model Canvas and Technology Roadmap. Both tools provide different perspectives in the implementation of new business ideas or product concepts. However, when both tools are utilized together, organizations can obtain both perspectives using resources and time in a more efficient way. A study has been conducted to implement the building process integration for Business Model Canvas and Technology Roadmap. Set of analysis and a case study are performed to examine the methodology for the building process integration of Business Model Canvas and Technology Roadmap as implementation of strategic formulation phase in the context of Strategic Management, using Business Analysis tools.
