It is one of the biggest geothermal field in Indonesia and exploration process in this area is still on going. The high cost of exploration and exploitation become the main obstacle in the development of using geothermal energy. Therefore, this research use seismic ambient noise recording which can reduce the exploration cost. This method is using noise around the geothermal field without use any active source neither from earthquake nor explosion. The objective of this research is to characterized Rayleigh and Love wave group velocity as a reconstruction of earth surface near the geothermal field. It was constructed from three months (January-March 2015) data of twelve seismometer array which located near the field. Cross correlation process have been used to get Green’s function. Dispersion curves then extracted using Frequency Time Analysis method with Multiple Filtering Technique. The dispersion curves obtained are then processed to get group velocity map for each periods. Group velocity map that we obtained are in the period 2s, 2.5s, and 3s for Rayleigh wave meanwhile for Love wave we obtained group velocity with period 2s, 2.5s, 3s, 3.5s, and 4s. From Love wave group velocity maps, the results show a high velocity zone with velocity value around 2 km/s which is located in south of Mt.Puncak Besar and for a higher period this zone become wider. Also, there is a low velocity zone in west of Mt. Gambung and in north-west of Mt. Wayang and in a higher period this zone become narrower. Meanwhile for Rayleigh wave there is a high velocity zone which is wider than in Love wave and the velocity value around 1.8 km/s. This zone is located along Mt. Gambung until Mt. Wayang and become narrower as the period become higher. But, in period 3s the high velocity zone in Mt. Gambung is not appeared. Low velocity zone is also appear in west of Mt. Gambung, in agree with Love wave which is interpreted as the base stage of water dominated reservoir.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1063/1.5047386[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
