The main factors causing of air pollution are the transportation sector by 75% and industry 20%. The ambient air quality is dirty, it will reduce the indoor air quality directly. Furthermore, it can adverse health effects and reduce human productivity. This study was aimed to compare natural and mechanical method to improve indoor air quality. Natural method was done by placing plants in the room that will absorb the elements of pollutants in the air. Mechanical methods were carried out with use of air conditioning (AC) systems. The results indicate the natural method has advantages such as cheaper and easy to apply, but less efficient because it is required the longer time to absorb the pollutants. On the other hand, the mechanical methods of absorption of pollutants is more effective, but it required higher costs and an additional energy sources.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]This study was supported by the program of BUDI-DN Ristek Dikti of Indonesia and Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP).[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1063/1.5046602[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
