Some academicians and practitioners interpret smart city highly connected to the cybercity where ICT is a backbone of a concept. On the other side, planners learned that smart city is not just a matter of solving urban problems through technology but more than that, smart city is a matter of willingness to enhance their capacity by considering local wisdom incorpates with knowledge development where technology is a part of it.
