From the static force analysis, it was known that there is one parameter that must be fulfilled by a weighing scale. That parameter, theoretically, causes measurement result not to be affected by the object position. In addition, an equation has been derived to calculate the capacity of sensor required. From the experiment on two commercial weighing scales, the reading error has been identified. The experiment results show differences in measurement reading if the object position is varied. Those differences cause the weighing scale have a reading error. However, the reading error is relatively small, i.e. less than 4%. The results reported here can be used to develop weighing scale for further purpose such as weighbridge.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Lever mechanism,Object positions,Position mechanism,Reading errors,Static force analysis,Weighbridges[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]independent position mechanism, lever mechanism weighing scale, static analysis,weighbridge[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]This work was supported by Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP).[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1109/INCAE.2018.8579370[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
