The rapid development of IT is stimulated by users who want a fast-paced service. Many IT-based services are circulating in the community, all with the aim to be more effective and efficient in the service process. An example of a service is e-commerce, where e-commerce includes several integrated business services including sales services, payment services, and shipping services. All of these services are wrapped in computing so this is what is called a service computing system. This e-commerce service is very dependent on the customer-sourced profile, so the customer’s trust in shopping on e-commerce is needed. For that e-commerce services must provide a high sense of trust that ultimately customers can survive and can provide recommendations to other customers. Challenges related to trust are the extent to which trust can be measured, which shows that the trust created can be seen qualitatively. This paper provides an overview of how studies include trust in service computing systems, how to measure trust in service computing systems. Measurement testing through data simulation. The results of the trial obtained results that show that trust can be measured in e-commerce case studies.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]E-commerce services,E-commerce systems,Integrated business,Measurement model,Service computing,Services computing,Trust,Trust measurement[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]E-commerce,Measurement model,Services computing systems,Trust[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1109/ICITSI.2018.8696006[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
