This paper discusses Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) as an alternative for steam power plant system design. ORC has Rankine Cycle as a cycle but use organic working fluid as a replacement for water. Majority, ORC’s manufacturer use R245fa as working fluid. In this paper, R245fa will be compared with R141b, R1233zd as alternatives for working fluid. Simulation comparison between three refrigerants was implemented under a design of Rankine cycle using evaporator, and heat exchanger as additional components in ORC. Comparing the maximum cycle thermal efficiency, and maximum output electrical power, there is only slightly difference with R245fa as the highest. Afterwards, it will also show the optimization of ORC by maximize pressure, temperature on R245fa. Environmental factor will be supporting factor to choose working fluid for ORC system.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Environmental factors,Organic Rankine Cycle(ORC),Organic working fluid,Power out put,Simulation comparison,Supporting factors,Thermal efficiency,Working fluid[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Efficiency,Heat exchanger,ORC,Power output,Working fluid[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1109/ICPERE.2018.8739254[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
