Diameter and length of AgNWs have used about 120 nm and 20 to 30 μm, respectively. Concentration of AgNWs were variated of 186 mg/ml, 210 mg/ml, and 223 mg/ml in ethanol solution. AgNWs thin films then were heated at temperature 90 °C for 20 min. The UV-vis spectrophotometry, scanning electron microscope (SEM), and four-point-probe were employed to characterize the AgNWs thin films. The result shows that concentration of AgNWs solution affects on the transmittance and a sheet resistance of the AgNWs thin films. The transmittance at the wavelength of 550 nm is obtained 94.5% by a sheet resistance about 1.2 /sq. The higher concentration of AgNWs solution can decrease the sheet resistance and the transparency of the AgNWs thin films.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Concentration effects,Ethanol solutions,Four point probe,Glass substrates,Silver nanowires,UV-vis spectrophotometry[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]This work supported by a research grant of “Post Graduate Doctoral, Contract No. 392/UN26.21/PN/2018”, by Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (RISTEKDIKTI) of the Republic of Indonesia.
