The Relationship between Absorptive Capacity, Knowledge Sharing Capability, and Green Dynamic Capability: A Conceptual Model

Companies must consider environmental aspects in carrying out their activities. For this reason, companies must make changes to their business processes so that they can adapt to various changes related to environmental issues. Green dynamic capability is one of the capabilities that can help companies change their business processes. This paper presents a conceptual model regarding the relationship between knowledge sharing ability, absorptive capacity, and green dynamic capability. This conceptual model illustrates how the ability to absorb knowledge and the ability to share knowledge can play a role in shaping the company’s dynamic green capabilities.
