However, low levels of trust are proving to be a challenge for rival Indonesian truckload and less-than-truckload companies to establish long-term horizontal collaborations. This paper aims to analyze the role of key enablers in the behavioural aspect of trust development within horizontal collaborations characteristic of a significant section of freight trucking transportation.
