It can create the opportunity for a new business model as well as develop social community by diminishes tangible products consumption and replace it with a bundle of products and services innovatively. If determine appropriately, PSS can bring competitive advantage as well as sustainability to firms. To determine the suitable bundle of products and services, firms need to study their resources, capabilities and core competencies.
