The proposed power divider is designed using a meander line structure to achieve a compact size suitable for use in a 433 MHz UAV telemetry system. The proposed design is deployed on a 1.6 mm thick Flame Retardant (FR) 4 epoxy dielectric substrate with length of 39.62 mm and the width 33.55 mm, resulting over 74.2% size reduction compared to the conventional Wilkinson power divider. The proposed design is then realized and its parameters are experimentally characterized. The measurement results show that the performance of realized Wilkinson power divider has a good agreement with the simulation results, yielding 20.42 dB, 3.24 dB, and 23.53 dB for return loss (S11), insertion loss (S21), and port isolation (S32), respectively, at the frequency of 433 MHz.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Dielectric substrates,Meander line structure,Port isolation,Power divider,Return losses (S11),Size reductions,Telemetry systems,Wilkinson power dividers[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]meander line,UAV telemetry,Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV),Wilkinson power divider[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]This work is partially supported by the Aksantara, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), and the Research Center for Electronic Electronics and Telecommunication, Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI), Indonesia.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1109/ICRAMET51080.2020.9298647[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
