Developer needs to build Video on Demand applications with ease and focus with the content. The increase in internet traffic caused by video is another reason for the development of video on demand based on MPEG DASH. In this research, MPEG DASH is a streaming method which allows to adjust the bit rate into multiple resolution. Video on Demand system consists of video transcoding, streamer, and video player. This research work has designed and implemented Video on Demand based on MPEG DASH that can be embedded with web application.
