Ophiolite analysis was conducted to understand the distribution and association of ophiolite sequences. It is to determine the genesis of regional structure and petrogenesis conditions of minerals, in the rocks. Moreover, the aim of this study is to understand correlation between occurrence of ophiolite sequences and YSFZ. The formula of this study comprises two main stages, are preparation and analysis. The preparation stages consist of literature study about regional geology and collection rock samples to acquire regional stratigraphy. The analysis stages comprise description and analysis of thin sections to determine rock grains and mineral associations, and to recognize paragenetic phases of breccia cataclastics formation. In conclusion, the stratigraphic of ophiolite sequences comprises mafic and ultramafic rocks outcrops which consist of serpentinite, dunite-serpentinite, layered and pegmatitic gabbro, diabase dyke, and basalt. The ophiolite sections is exposed, drifted and brecciated during Late Oligocene-Pliocene, in particular dominant in Late Miocene-Pliocene. The ophiolite existing is carried by Yapen-Sorong Fault Zone (YSFZ) with strike-slip compressional regime.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
