This paper will also examine the existing regulations and overcome barriers in implementation for providers and users of services. The paper also aims to correlate the elements of government regulation into the logistics chain, to understand the need for the application of Multimodal Transport. Indonesia has realized the benefits that can be achieved by implementing multimodal transport, an important alternative to improve logistics performance.
