The research was conducted on 305 public servants in the positions of managing staff in six districts/municipals in Central Java Province, Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out by using a Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with an AMOS 20.0 program. The research results showed that of eighteen of forty items formulated were good, significant validity. Of six dimensions formulated in PSM construct (attraction to policy making, commitment to the public interest, social justice, civicduty, compassion, and self-sacrifice), one dimension, attraction to policy making, was determined as invalid. This results indicate that this dimension is not an element of PSM for public servants in Central Java Province, Indonesia. However, more research is needed to examine why this dimension is not an element of PSM for public servants in Central Java Province, Indonesia The research results provided an empirical proof that one PSM measurement scale is not applicable universally and modifications are needed including in the context of public servants in Central Java Province, Indonesia.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Indonesia,Measurement,Publicservants,Publicservicemotivation[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
