The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of aerobic exercises on cognition, physical fitness, and Apolipoprotein E plasma among women with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). This study used the quasy experiment with the pre and post-test method with control group. The participant of the study included 32 women aged 44-61 years with MCI. They were divided into two groups; aerobic exercises group (2×60 minutes/week, n = 16) and control group (n = 16). The intervention was carried out for 16 weeks. The inclusion criteria of this study is those who had MoCa-Ina test score ≤ 26, had good vision and hearing, did not have severe illness, and did not exercise at least 3 months before the experimentation. The results showed that aerobic exercises can improve memory (p = 0.002), improve one-leg balance with open eyes (p <0.001), one-leg balance with closed eyes (p = 0.017), and lower extremity strength (p = 0.001), and reduce Apolipoprotein E plasma significantly (p =0.001) in women with mild cognitive impairment. In conclusion, aerobic exercises could have positive effect on memory, physical fitness, and Apolipoprotein E plasma levels in MCI women. Further studies can be conducted regarding to the effects of aerobic exercise in older adults w ith dementia.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=".vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}"][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title="Author keywords" size="size-sm" text_align="text-left"][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=".vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}"][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title="Indexed keywords" size="size-sm" text_align="text-left"][vc_column_text]Aerobic exercise,Apolipoprotein E,Cognition,Mild cognitive impairment,Physical fitness[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=".vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}"][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title="Funding details" size="size-sm" text_align="text-left"][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=".vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}"][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title="DOI" size="size-sm" text_align="text-left"][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.31838/ijpr/2020.12.01.268[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
