The prevention of interference is a must to ensure the operational continuity of the railway transportation system. However, the problem of lightning in the railway transportation system always arises and disrupts the continuity of train operations. In the worst case, if this problem is not handled properly, it could shut down the affected train station or even threaten the life of living beings. Problem-solving methods have been implemented which come from any kind of source, but it does not give any satisfactory result to solve the problem. Researches have been conducted on several railway stations in DAOP 1 Jakarta and in 2013 the lightning protection system in Bogor Station was repaired. As a result, the outcome is satisfying as the lightning problem in Bogor Station is reduced. To prevent the lightning problem resurface, those systems should be standardized and guidance of the standard is required to assist the understanding of this.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]International standards,Light rail transit (LRT),Lightning parameters,Lightning protection systems,Operational continuity,Problem Solving methods,Public transportation,Railway transportation[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Beyond International Standard,Extended Mast Terminal,Indonesian Railway Transportation,Tropical Lightning Parameters[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1109/ICHVEPS47643.2019.9011083[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
