Digital learning is one of alternative solutions to problems concerning good quality education disparities in rural areas, which is caused by the lacking of teacher resources. Case study in Cianjur is an action in applying ICT with multimedia system into learning activities as an alternative solution. In terms of needs, alternative method of learning activity is required by the students because they have lagged in education behind students in urban areas. There are many challenges that have to be solved in implementing multimedia-based learning services, especially in rural areas. The challenges include electrical resources, networking, application software systems, human resources, hardware system, and risk management.
