The increase of the diffuse scattering intensities with the temperature was explained by the thermal correlation effects among thermal displacements of second nearest neighboring Pb-Pb atoms. The contribution from the second nearest neighboring atoms to the diffuse scattering was clearly confirmed © Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary 2009.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Correlation effect,Diffuse scattering,Diffuse X-ray scattering,Lead chalcogenides,PbTe,Thermal correlations,Thermal displacements,Thermal vibration[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Correlation effects,Diffuse scattering,Thermal vibration,X-ray diffraction[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Acknowledgements The authors wish to express their thanks to Collaborative Project among Ibaraki University, Hitachi Ltd., and Ibaraki Prefecture for financial support.
