This technique has excellent potential for easy fabrication but it results in poor coverage of the film and thus affects the solar cells performance. In this research, morphology control was performed to improve the structure of the MAPbI3 active layer by flowing hot air during one-step deposition. This allows the fabrication of simple, reproducible MAPbI3 perovskite thin film with reduced pinhole formation. The hot airflow during the spin coating process homogeneously distributed grains of about 110 nm in size. A power conversion efficiency of 0.91 % was obtained with fill factor of 0.31 under a homemade sun simulator. The results indicate that hot airflow with reduced pinhole formation is a likely choice to control the morphology of thin film perovskite MAPbI3 for solar cells.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Hot airflow,Morphology control,Organic-inorganic,Perovskite thin films,Pinhole formation,Planar structure,Power conversion efficiencies,Spin coating process[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]hot airflow, morphology control, perovskite, solar cells[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1088/1757-899X/395/1/012010[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
