Knowledge sharing model development in community of practice (CoP) among doctors

The success factors of knowledge-sharing activities is the quality of communication among doctors. Knowledge sharing media that is currently considered quite effective is the community of practice (CoP). Research methodology used is to conduct studies in the literature on previous research and preliminary survey in several hospitals. The results of this study is a model that explains the factors that influence the effectiveness of sharing of knowledge among physicians using a CoP.
