The structures of all compounds were elucidated using spectroscopic methods and by comparison with the literature. Compound 1 was isolated from the fungi for the first time, compounds 2 and 3 were firstly obtained from this endophytic fungus. Compound 3 showed cytotoxicity (IC50 2.56 μg/mL) against murine leukemia P-388 cells.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Animals,Antineoplastic Agents,Artocarpus,Cell Line, Tumor,Leukemia,Mice,Molecular Structure,Polycyclic Sesquiterpenes,Sesquiterpenes,Spectrum Analysis,Xylariales[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Artocarpus heterophyllus, cytotoxicity,Pestalotiopsis microspora,sesquiterpene[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][{‘$’: ‘PMDSU Scholarship (Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Indonesia) under Grant 1511/E4.4/2015 for financial support; Indonesian Culture Collection (InaCC), Research Center for Biology – Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) for the identification of endophytic fungus; Prof. Yana Maolana Syah and Dr. Elvira Hermawati (Bandung Institute of Technology) for obtaining NMR and MS spectra.’}, {‘$’: ‘PMDSU Scholarship (Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Indonesia) under Grant 1511/E4.4/2015 for financial support; Indonesian Culture Collection (InaCC), Research Center for Biology?Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) for the identification of endophytic fungus; Prof. Yana Maolana Syah and Dr. Elvira Hermawati (Bandung Institute of Technology) for obtaining NMR and MS spectra.’}][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1080/14786419.2019.1578764[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
