All of the genes have been sequenced and characterized. Based on the sequence of the genes, all of the clones are closed to DNA Polymerase B of Crenarhaea. The best homology was shown to DNA PolymeraseB1 of Metallosphaera sedula varies from 90% to 92%. 3D structure prediction analysis showed that the nine clones could be grouped into four different structures. Detail analysis by comparing the structure of S. solfataricus DNA Pol B1 with the samples appeared that there are three regions at S. solfataricus of DNA Pol B1 are difference with the samples namely on palm, thumb and ligand binding sites. The data suggested that the samples are unique DNA Pol B1 of Crenarchaea.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Crenarchaea,DNA polymerase B,Metagenomics[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
