Despite this potentiality, agricultural products and activities are deal with complexities. The field work where this business operated is mainly affect by nature and social-politic-economic factors. The uncertain climate, water supply, fertilizer and pesticide, market demand, and competition with imported commodity, are part of small medium agribusiness enterprises constrain factors. Each year agribusiness entrepreneurs are deal with these problems and try to cope with the condition. Strong networking among business entrepreneurs is one of the potential strength to face the problems. In general context, social culture that emphasize in collective work of society to create optimum value has emerges for centuries especially in Asia. Society bonding could be part of capital factor that could improve business performance. This framework also applied in agribusiness, represent by agribusiness community. Trough qualitative approach, this study is aimed to identify how an agribusiness networking in Indonesia works, and the implication of this agribusiness networking to farmers as agribusiness entrepreneur. Data collection was taken from small-medium agribusiness enterprises in West Java, Indonesia, trough in-depth interview, secondary data, and observation. This research showed that networking is really important in business improvement. In agribusiness context, networking could be linkage with many institutions including government, private sector, and educational sector.
