Many previous studies found that the main obstacle of EMR systems adoption is the challenges associated with the user. Medical personnel are the main users in EMR system, so medical personnel have a very important role in determining the success rate of EMR system adoption. Acceptance of EMR by medical personnel is a very important requirement to ensure that the benefits expected from the implementation of EMR system are accomplished. Therefore, it is very important to understand factors influencing the acceptance of medical personnel on EMR system. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors influencing the acceptance of medical personnel on EMR system using the proposed model. The original model is the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). In this research several factors added to the original model. Additional factors are: motivation to help others, privacy risk and trust. The result this study showed that EMR acceptance by medical personnel is significantly influenced by trust, performance expectancy, privacy risk, social influence, motivation to help others and facilitating conditions.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Electronic medical record,Electronic medical record system,Facilitating conditions,Medical personnel,Social influence,The unified theory of acceptance and use of technology(UTAUT),User acceptance,UTAUT[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]EMR,Medical Personnel,UTAUT[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1109/ICITSI.2015.7437724[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
