Indonesia lies at the equator line which explains the tropical climate with the known fact is the high number of rainfall. This high weathering activity processes that are triggered by rainfall will accumulate sandstone, shale, and clay. The presence of residual rocks as the concern of weathering process is strongly linked to natural disaster, in this case, landslides. Mahokpangbob is a technology-based device specially designed to mitigate the hazard of landslide in an area. The device detects and record changes in relative altitude from a point to sea level, assisted by sensors GY-68 that are integrated to a microcontroller. Technically, Mahokpangbob will make the most of GY-68 usage as the sensor will record multiple values of altitude in several points. These value will be generated into an image of a plane, which represents soil condition. GY-68 will record the coordinates as X and Y, and place them as the input for surface modeling. The monitoring of the X and Y position will be done in time-lapse, so that further changes of the positions may be noticeable. Should there be any changes in the assigned measurement points, it indicates that there has been a movement or avalanche in the said area. The device will be installed remotely for its prototype trial, and it is hoped to bring improvement in civil society in order to respond to a landslide hazard both responsively and quickly.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]landslide,Mahokpangbob,sensor GY-68[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1063/1.5047346[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
